Returning merchandise

Items sold by La Bréa International are new and guaranteed. If you receive an item with a defect or that doesn't correspond to what you ordered, La Bréa International commits to exchange it or reimburse you, including shipping fees, in the 10 days following the shipping date, conditional that it is sent back with either the shipment proof or a copy of the website invoice.

The warranty does not cover improper use of the jewellery or the watches, as scrapes, grazes, accidental breaks and/or all interventions by an inexperienced intermediate. The warranty certificate is only valid if you have in your possession, the original or a copy of the original invoice. The fees and shipping risks are the responsibility of the sender.

For your Steelx or Boccia jewellery and/or your Boccia or Axcent of Scandinavia watches, a one year warranty is granted, from the date of purchase, against all material and production defects. To return the merchandise, the client must send the item(s) to our offices with a proof of purchase and the description of the problem and/or reason of return. The client can choose between a credit or an exchange.
