These conditions apply to all sales completed with the intermediary website www.labrea.ca or with the order service of La Bréa International inc.

2. Item availability

All orders are serviced from our warehouse; items in stock normally ship within 48 hours. Items not in stock are currently on order with our suppliers. Once they are in stock, they will reappear online. La Bréa International cannot be held responsable of shipping or delivery delays.

When a supplier notifies us that an item is no longer available, we will advise the customer by email.

3. Price

Prices shown on La Bréa International websites are in Canadian or American dollars, depending on your whereabouts, before shipping charges and taxes. The price is payable in its totality in one payment when the order is placed. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars for Canadian customers and in American dollars for American and International customers. For shipping outside North America, the eventual fees of local taxes and duty will be charged to the buyer.

4. Shipping and handling

These fees cover the preparation, packing and shipping of your order. They are established with the consideration of the shipping address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order, before taxes. In no instances, we will permit a combination of different orders with the goal of reducing shipping and handling fees.

5. Payment

Orders placed on La Bréa International websites need to be done by credit card or Paypal. We accept VISA & MASTERCARD. The same applies to phone or postal orders.

6. Shipment time

A waiting period of one business day needs to be allowed to process the orders for items that are in stock. Depending on your choice of shipping method, please allow one to three more days for delivery. La Bréa International cannot be held at anytime responsible for a further delay in shipping due to stock or to the shipping carrier.
